When you bring in your device, we do our best to help you. Before we reach out to you saying what was the problem we run deep Hardware diagnosis tests and figure out what was the problem, if we find out the problem within the diagnosis we will reach out to you
Note: We run Diagnosis through our server and this diagnostics will only prompt us only for hardware issues. Software issues and other related concerns are different.
If a customer approves for the quote given by technician the diagnostic fees go into repair and no extra diagnostics will be charged unless a customer denies for a repair.
Note: There will be no Diagnostic fees for the devices covered with Apple Care Plus Protection Plan
